Air Travel Demand on the Rise in 2016

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) announced full-year global passenger traffic results for 2016 showing demand (revenue passenger kilometers or RPKs) rose 6.3% compared to 2015 (or 6.0% if adjusted for the leap year).

GOOGLE LUNAR XPRIZE chose its 5 finalists

Five teams are still in the running for being the first private company to launch a spacecraft destined for the moon by the end of 2017. These teams have verified launch contracts and are moving forward to the final phase of the competition.
