DO-178 is a guideline that addresses the security of safety-critical software used in certain airborne systems.

Our online course is an introduction to DO-178, and aims:

  1. To provide students with an overview of the reasons for certification processes;
  2. To outline how those certification processes are applied;
  3. To demonstrate how the certification processes are handled, on a case by case basis.

The course is constructed gradually, systematically, and in stages of why, what, and how and includes regulations, process constraints, and demonstration of compliance.

Boeing Invests in Video and Augmented/Virtual Reality

Boeing (NYSE: BA) announced its investment in C360 Technologies, a Pittsburgh-based company focusing on 360° video and augmented/virtual reality. It is the latest investment by Boeing HorizonX’s venture arm established earlier this year.
